BITSAT 2023 Eligibility Criteria

BITS Palani has established eligibility criteria based on the candidate’s academic background. All of the courses have different eligibility criteria.

Candidates who completed their 12th grade in 2023 or before are ineligible for admission to BITS. Candidates who are already enrolled in a BITS programme are likewise unable to take the BITSAT 2023. The BITSAT subjects are listed below.

Age Limit	Aspirants who have qualified 12th in 2022 or 2023
Qualifying Examination	Candidates must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology as subjects and have sufficient English skills.
Minimum Marks in Qualifying Exam	For admission to the B.Tech program, candidates must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in their 10+2 or equivalent exam. For admission to the B.Pharm program, students must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in their 10+2 or equivalent exam. Candidates with PCM, on the other hand, can apply to the Pharmacy program. To be considered, candidates must have a sufficient command of the English language.
Passing Status	BITSAT 2023 will be open to those who are taking their 10+2 or equivalent exam in 2023 or who have completed their qualifying exam in 2023. If a candidate has attempted more than one 10+2 or comparable exam, only his or her most recent performance will be taken into account, provided that this attempt was for the entire component of subjects/courses required. Candidates who completed their 10+2 or equivalent exam in 2019 or before will not be eligible for the BITSAT eligibility requirements in 2023.
Number of Attempts	An applicant is allowed two tries each year, according to the most recent qualifying requirements.

Candidates must have passed the 12th exam from a recognized central or state board or its equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) with adequate proficiency in English BITS PILANI Direct Btech Admission

BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2023: For International Applicants

Applicants who have a passport and valid SAT results can apply for BITSAT 2023. The following are the eligibility criteria for foreign applicants: BITS PILANI Direct B-tech Admission 2024

International students must take the Grade 12 (qualifying) exam, as well as the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) and SAT subject examinations (in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Level 2)
International applicants must request the college board to send their SAT results to BITS-Pilani (DI code: 7759–BITS Pilani).
