For Direct Admission to Engineering College without Donation, you must sit for an Entrance exam like JEE Main to get a rank. You can now apply for the Counseling process conducted by Private Universities to get admission to B.Tech without an Entrance Exam.

There is no way you can get Direct admission to the Government Engineering Colleges without appearing for the entrance exams. Most Government Engineering Colleges accept the score of the National level Entrance exam JEE Main.

However, there are some Government Engineering Colleges that accept State levels Entrance exams like UPSEE, MHCET, WBJEE, TS EAMCET, and GUJCET.
